Helping Your Baby to Sleep Peacefully
Individualized approach with a calming and nurturing process
How to help your baby sleep longer stretches

Understanding your baby’s sleep patterns can be one of the most challenging parts of early parenthood. Every baby is unique, and there’s no single formula that fits all. Our infant sleep support services are designed to help families create calm, nurturing routines that work for both baby and parents. For at least the first 6 months, baby should sleep in your room but in their own separate sleep space.
Other important guidelines are to create a smoke-free environment and avoid overheating your baby. Safe infant sleep includes placing your baby on their back for all naps and at night, using a firm, flat sleep surface like a crib or bassinet with only a fitted sheet, and keeping the sleep area clear of soft objects like blankets, pillows, and toys.

Tender Transition to Independent Sleep
After 6 months of age, your baby can be helped to gently transition to an independent sleeper. What is that? Independent sleep means that a baby can fall asleep and return to sleep on their own without needing help like rocking, feeding, or holding.

Developmental Stage
All babies grow at their individual pace, it all has to do with the gestational age and health of the baby. Each baby is different.
